The company was founded in January 2018 by Tudor Reu, a film, commercials, television and music video producer with over 15 years of experience in the industry.
2021 – Co-producer of the film The Father Who Moves Mountains (written and directed by Daniel Sandu), which had its world premiere at Shanghai IFF in June 2021 and ranked first in the world in audience on Netflix platform for two weeks in September 2021.
2024 – Mindset Productions produced Jaful secolului/Traffic written by Cristian Mungiu and directed by Teodora Ana Mihai (Prix de l'Audace – Un Certain Regard, Cannes FF, 2021 for the film La Civil – executive producer Tudor Reu). A Romania – Belgium – Netherlands co-production, winner of Grand Prix (Warsaw Film Festival), Best Actress Award (Tokyo Film Festival), Audience Award (Shanghai Film Festival), Best Balkan Film (Sofia Internatial Film Festival) and Best Film (Tertio Milennio International Film Festival).
Tudor Reu is a Romanian film producer, known for “Fjord”, “R.M.N.”, “Graduation” and “Beyond The Hills” by Cristian Mungiu or “The Sister Brothers” by Jacques Audiard. Tudor Reu also produced independent feature films written and directed by well known Romanian film makers, such as Teodora Ana Mihai, Nae Caranfil, Ioana Uricaru, Daniel Sandu, Alexandru Maftei or Ana Felicia Scutelnicu.
His works, mostly European co-productions, were selected and awarded in the international competitions of major festivals such as Cannes, Berlin, Venice, Karlovy Vary, Warsaw, Tokyo,
Shanghai, Tribecca, Sofia and many more.
In the past years, he produced through Mobra Films several TV series comissioned by HBO Europe (“Hackerville”, “Tuff Money”, “Ruxx” and the Berlinale series selected “Spy Master”).
He recently wrapped the first Romanian language original Netflix show, “Subteran”.
